But when the NYPD arrived at the top floor apartment at 51st and 5th Avenue, what they found wasn’t a party, but a dead silent movie actor and his Broadway star girlfriend. But who would want to bring the celebrity couple’s life to a tragic end? This is the story of fame, fortune, love, loss, booze and Broadway. This is the Murder of Margaret Lawrence.
