September 13th, 1980, Fremont County, Wyoming. Gerald Uden is taking his two adopted sons Richard and Reagan bird hunting. His ex-wife Virginia has been giving him heartburn over child support payments—something that didn’t sit well with Gerald’s new bride, Alice. When the boys and their mother disappear that day and their abandoned car is found weeks later, police are stumped. But when this sordid tale begins to unfold, Gerald and his wife Alice are more than married, they’re murderers, with five secret dead bodies between them. This is Alice and Gerald Uden.
