May 19, 1983. An extremely calm woman arrives at the McKenzie-Williamette Medical Center in Springfield, Oregon. In her car are her three children ages eight, seven and three. They’ve all been shot by what she described as a bushy-haired man. What transpired on this night is still a mystery to some, but to others it’s a straight forward homicide. This is the story of Diane Downs. Mother or Murderer.
