Summer 2016, Anchorage Alaska. An unknown man is randomly shooting people in the parks and bike paths of the stunning city and state known for its beauty and long summer days. When the people of Anchorage begin to buzz on their own that a serial killer is on the loose, the police keep it cool, not playing into the hysteria.
