August 6, 1966. A young man recently paroled from many burglaries is back on the streets of Texas. But on this night, he looking for more than just a break-in. After murdering three teens, he’d go to prison and sit on death row only to be set free and kill again. And again. And again. He had a few monikers, the broomstick killer, the broomstick murderer, but really he was evil personified. This is the story of Kenneth McDuff. Free to Kill.
