From 1967 to 1980, New York City and suburban New Jersey was the playground for a sexual serial killer who would bind, torture, strangle and dismember his victims. He’s been convicted of a number of murders, but many, including the killer himself believe the number is closer to one hundred women and girls. This is the story of Richard Cottingham.
