December 6, 1959. 2475 Glendower Place, Los Feliz, California. LA doctor, Harold Perelson strikes his wife in the head with a ball-peen hammer while she sleeps, murdering her before attempting to do the same to his oldest daughter. After failing, he commits suicide. Why would the so-called successful father of three living in a ritzy area of LA want to kill his wife and daughter? And why, sixty-three years later, has no one officially lived in the home since?. This is the Los Feliz Murder Mansion.
